What is Church Growth Lab?

A 72 hour conference designed for pastors and church leaders who are passionate about building healthy, growing churches.
Together we'll explore practical systems, effective structures, and strategic approaches that lead to sustainable growth and long-term impact.

This event is free to attend, and lunch will be provided.
Please note: attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and evening meals.

Over the three days we'll be joined by three pastors who lead churches who see thousands of attendees every week. Drawing from real-life case-studies of churches that have broken growth barriers, we'll explore how to clarify vision, align your team, and put in place sustainable strategic systems so your church can move from automation to momentum.

If you’re travelling by train, Life Church is located directly opposite Bebington Train Station.
Coming from Liverpool? Take the Wirral Line towards Chester or Ellesmere Port, both stop at Bebington.

If you’re driving, parking is available just a short walk from the church. Please use the postcode CH63 7LU to be directed to the car park.
Meet your conference hosts
Luke & Fiona Andrews

Luke and Fiona moved to the Wirral in 2011 with a passion to see God move in this community. We believe wholeheartedly that God is building His church, and we count it an honour to play our part in what He is doing. Our heart is to see His kingdom come on the Wirral as it is in heaven, and to see lives transformed by the love and power of Jesus.

Pastors Leigh & Jodi Metcalf
Leigh Metcalf has served the Arizona Ministry Network for 15 years as Secretary/Treasurer, overseeing minister credentialing, church planting, revitalization, and U.S. Missions. Before that, he and his wife Jodi planted and pastored LifePointe Church in Prescott Valley for 12 years. He holds a Master’s in Leadership Studies from Vanguard University.
Pastors Jeremy & Rachel Peters
Pastor Jeremy and Rachel have served at Journey Church since 1995 and have been married nearly 30 years. With their two children, Treyson and Riley, they are passionate about community transformation through the gospel and the Holy Spirit. They are committed to developing leaders and cultivating a welcoming, authentic environment where people find belonging, faith, and purpose.
Pastors Dave & Roxie Beach
Reverend David J. Beach is the Lead Pastor of Ascend Church Tempe. He and his wife Roxie, who serves with the Arizona Ministry Network, are church planters focused on cross-cultural Kingdom ministry and raising their twin boys, Joshua and Jacob. Dave is an Ordained Assemblies of God minister, a Colson Fellow, and holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Seminary.
